Drawing inspiration from this year’s fashions in everything from your titles to your embellishments to the textures in your pages can be a great way to inject everyday life into your pages, while also establishing an underlying timeline for your layouts.  In my page Plaid Shirts & Blue Jeans, I chose the fashions reflected in my photo to help guide many of the product choices for my design.  This not only led to the playfulness in my title and in some of my embellishment choices but also helps to identify a certain phase in my son’s wardrobe and life.  Use fashion as a source of inspiration in your next page to have a little fun and to help establish a timeline for your memories.
